  I went yesterday, and today to cash a Bank of America check. Less than $3,700 bank of America Mortgage check from there Corporate account, yet the bank won't honor it. Being 100% disabled injured soldier and services here made me drive twice in two days in pain from bed rest with a solid NO Sir, we can't cash our own companies check. I went to Chase and had it cashed same day just down the road north of it. The manager said no problem sir after running my military combat service connected ID with a yes sir attitude after all back ground checks came okay, the answere was go away. I highly recommend if as a customer with similar issues to contact the FCC, FTC, and banking lawyer before making an money order, withdrawl, deposit, or any cash needs.The liquor gas station in south Dallas has better bankinh services manned with police guards than here for general financial services. I've seen near back allies in Northern Iraq Kirkuk province have better services than here. Update: 12/25/17 The Custer/Stacy Chase bank down North on Custer will honor Bank of America checks with one ID in 2 minutes. Bank of America has lost a business owner, mortgage, and trust in my military family.

  Poor customer service, front door was closed two minutes before the official closing hours. A bank staff walked close to the door & when I asked why the door would be locked at 4.58 p.m., the response was the time is 5.00 p.m. on my computer!!!! Not worth banking with them.
