  I love Breakaway Equestrian! My husband and I purchased our first horse this year, and Andrea is the best at making sure everything is set for my giant, 4 year old chocolate lab (off the track thoroughbred). I'm an inexperienced rider/horse owner, but Andrea is certainly a 1 stop shop for all things! Her care includes, but not limited to, making sure he's up to date on shots, teeth maintained, makes sure his shoes are taken care of by the best farrier and monitors weather frequently in the need of a blanket. All of these activities require little to no effort on my part. Additionally, she is training my horse and I to compete in the hunters division of the up and coming season. I am thankful for all that she's taught me, and I am excited for what is to come at Breakaway Equestrian!

  At Breakaway Equestrian, I feel at home every time I visit. You will not be pressured into riding a certain amount every week, or competing at horse shows (though riding often and competing is always welcome). If riding is your passion, you will be welcomed at this barn. Andrea is possibly the most passionate trainer I have ever had, so do not hesitate to contact her if you are interested in taking lessons from the best!

  I absolutely LOVE Breakaway Equestrian. After having my horse at home, it was a tough transition to boarding, but now that he's at Breakaway, I feel much happier. Andrea will tell you that she cares for each horse like they are her own, and she really does.

  From personalized riding lessons to boarding, Breakaway has offered both me and my horse the best equestrian experience for us to advance together! I have grown so much in my jumping skills already on her tenured lesson horses and Andrea has even been able to help me with my green horse who also LOVES being boarded in the vast green pasture on site. When I was looking for a boarding facility in the area, I knew my horse had a very sensitive stomach (she gets ulcers easily) and when I first talked to Andrea, I knew Breakaway would be a great place for my horse to get the level of care she needs for a more than fair boarding rate. The quality of instruction and boarding is hard to beat as Andrea cares for every horse as if they were her own. Love it at Breakaway!
