  I realize that other users only leave a review when there is something bad to say. I however, have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and the ATM is always working for me. I live across town and I specifically go to this branch because they know me personally and are always willing to help.

  This is one of the worst Chase banks in Texas, America, and the world. Inside of the bank is way too small and cramped. There is only one ATM outside and it sucks. It's either closed completely or not taking deposits. I have gone there at least 5 times this year and the drive-thru ATM was either closed because it wasn't working or it wasn't accepting deposits. This is pathetic. I would expect this from a locally run bank owned by a scallywag named Billy Bobby Jones out in the boonies of America not Chase. Why can't you be like Wells Fargo have an outside ATM that is in the wall that you can park and walk up to and then have a drive thru ATM? One outside ATM doesn't cut it. Very amateur and not professional.
